CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT'S BEEN PLACED?

We process our orders into our system immediately after they are placed online. Unfortunately, once an order is sent to production it is harder to make changes. 

 If you urgently need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@bo-johns.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY ORDER?

Depending on order volume, orders are generally processed within 1-5 business days. During times of high volume it is possible to take a little longer. 

Transit time can range between 5-10 business days depending on the 'ship to' location.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking details. 

If you have not received a confirmation or shipped out email, please contact us at sales@bo-johns.com

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER? 

In the case of a damaged or production error, we will gladly accept a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Refunds exclude the original shipping fees. 

Item must be in new and unused condition and you must provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for wrong sizes or choice of wrong color. If changes need to be made to order, please, contact us as soon as possible after the order is made and we will do our best to stop production and make necessary changes.
